I'm from Llanelli in South Wales, UK. I graduated with a First Class Bachelor of Science with Honours in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Cardiff Metropolitan University.

I have experience working within the NHS, where I’ve supported people living with overweight and obesity on their weight loss journeys, as well as individuals managing type 2 diabetes. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the challenges people face and the importance of compassionate, evidence-based support.

My passion lies in helping people move away from restrictive diets and instead focusing on building healthy, sustainable habits that lead to long-term lifestyle change. I believe weight loss should be about improving health, confidence, and quality of life not quick fixes.​​
